WRITING. BLOG. PEER CONNECTION

Hi, I’m Luca

Mental health is not a destination, it’s something we tend to, like weather we learn to move with.

There is no “normal mind,” only different ways of being human.

You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support.

Feeling deeply is not the same as being broken.

Rest is not a reward for burnout; it’s part of being alive.

Healing is not linear, and it doesn’t have a deadline.

You are allowed to change your mind

Some days survival is the entire achievement.

Your thoughts are real, but they are not always facts.

You are more than the worst moment in your mind.

No one improves in isolation; connection is part of care.

Progress can look like doing things slightly less painfully than before.

Medication, therapy, rest, and community are all valid forms of care.

There is no moral value in how “strong” you are at suffering.

You can be a whole person and still not be okay today. Emotions are human
